Customer Service Reps - German

Working for a leading Global company who are looking to recruit x 5 German Representatives for their Cork Operations.

Previous work experience in a customer service environment is essential or experience in a fraud/risk management environment is desirable but not essential.

Skills & Qualifications required
• Fluent in German and English
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal is essential
• 3rd Level qualification, MS office proficient.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent interpersonal skills
