Multilingual Data Integrations Technical Writer

  • IT, Software development, System Engineering Jobs

Description

At nCino, technical writers publish extensive documentation to a robust user community. nCino’s integration documentation includes getting started guides, installation guides, user guides, release notes, and a variety of supplemental content. The nCino administrators and employees who implement integrations at financial institutions use these documents to learn more about the specific products to which nCino integrates, establish vendor contracts, and configure the Bank Operating System for integration compatibility.

While primary focus of this specific role is on documenting nCino’s integrations to third-party vendors, you will also assist with the capture and maintenance of translated content on the nCino Community. As nCino expands internationally, there is an increased need for technical documentation in multiple languages, and Technical Writers assist with proofreading and publishing translated content from translation firms and in-house writers.
