At The Action Sports Translator, we are currently looking for a freelance translation project manager to join our fully remote, winter-sports-obsessed team.

• Have at least 2+ years of experience as a translation project manager
• Know how to use Phrase TMS (Memsource) as a project manager (or similar TMS software, and can learn quickly)
• Are comfortable with and confident leading client-facing communication (written, video calls)
• Have an exceptional command of the English language (near-native if it's not your first language)
• Speak at least another language on a professional level (bonus points for German, anything nordic European, Spanish, Japanese or Chinese)
• Are available during the GMT, CET or EEST time zone (in other words, based anywhere in Europe)
• Have great communication skills
• Are extremely empathetic and care about people and relationships as much as systems and processes
• Are extremely dependable, can work independently, take the initiative, think critically and exercise extreme ownership over your work...
• Are very detail oriented, but always look at the big picture
• Strive to provide a great service and experience to both the accounts AND the freelancers you manage
