Description

A Japanese global Culture Home are looking for a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

 Designing marketing campaigns (B2B as well as B2C) based around agreed objectives, target audiences and budgets, factoring in internal resources as well as commissioned services.

 

§  Liaise with their media buying agency to plan and execute the paid advertising element of marketing campaigns.

 

§  Work closely with Content Marketing & Audience Development Manager and Digital Media Executive to ensure social media marketing and website content links in with the wider marketing campaign.

 

§  Manage the company’s relationship with creative agencies, supplying them with clear briefs and deadlines for artwork and copy.

 

§  Monitor and maintain their brand, brief team and partners on brand guidelines, monitor implementation and development of their branded goods to further strengthen awareness of the company.

 

§  Liaise on the promotion and brand consistency of The Shop through analogue and digital channels.

 

§  Lead on the development of marketing automation, utilizing the functionality of the CRM system to create more personalised marketing.

 

§  Manage the company’s e-marketing: maintaining and growing mailing lists, producing engaging e-newsletters and e-shots and producing event invitations and managing the event invitation process for their events.

 

§  Marketing support for their own and partnership/collaborative events (e.g. exhibitions, exhibition previews, reader events, film screenings, group dinners, food and drink promotions, performances etc.).

 

§  Manage the production of all printed marketing materials, including items related to Public Programmes, Membership and Venue hire.

 

§  Commission and manage external suppliers, including photographers, videographers, interpreters and translators.

 

§  Undertake research to assist with the development and implementation of projects and campaigns as required.

 

§  Monitor and report on results from marketing campaigns including readership figures, impressions, footfall and relevant data from visitor surveys

 

§  Contribute to growth of the company’s relationships database and represent them at events, where applicable.

 

§  Monitor the professional development of occasional interns.

 

§  Other reasonable duties as allocated by the Directors.

 

§  As an employee of the company, Under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 you are responsible for your personal safety and that of all personnel under your authority, including others who may be affected by the Company’s activities. Additionally, you must also co-operate with the Company to enable it to discharge its own responsibilities successfully.

 

§  A particular feature of their way of working is the project team. All members of staff are expected to collaborate, from time to time, in cross-functional teams to deliver specific projects and programs of activity. The project teams are multi-disciplinary and bring together the skills and experience needed to deliver a wide range of shared initiatives and objectives. Teams may include experts from external companies or suppliers.
